Deputy General Counsel

We are looking for an ambitious UK qualified Senior Counsel who is looking for a varied role that will offer a broad range of experience with firms across financial services. This is an extremely varied senior role that will offer a broad range of experience both internally and with firms across the investment management industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years’ experience and an excellent working knowledge of all vertical specialisms across investment management including

• Institutional funds


• Alternative funds;


• Distribution;


• Custody;


• Administration;


• Retail funds;


• Regulation;


• Trading, execution and clearing; and


• Derivatives, repos and securities lending.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will work collaboratively to manage the team and will also undertake varied legal work (i.e. contracts, advice, policies etc) across each specialism of investment management.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
