Manufacturing Area Team Leader Shift B

Following an increase in customer demand and Site Investment we have opportunities for individuals to join our dedicated Manufacturing Area as a Team Leader.

This is a new and exciting opportunity assisting the Shift Manager in coordinating and leading the Manufacturing Area and team.

Job Title: Team Leader

Working Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm – 4 on 4 off

Pay Rate: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

• ensuring the line is operating correctly and efficiently,
• ensuring that GMP standards are met and that all products are produced and packed to the correct quality and food safety standard.
• ensuring achievement of departmental objectives through effective use of resources.
• to maintain an area of continuous improvement.

As a team Leader you will need a good understanding of product, quality, and safety requirements as well as leading and supporting your team in line with the Pilgrims Values.
