Commercial Property Solicitor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property solicitor, still early in their career, to join one of the most highly regarded firms in the West Midlands. My client, a legal 500 firm are looking for a friendly, organised and ambitious individual to join their successful commercial property department, take on a varied caseload and learn from senior solicitors.



A typical caseload will include:

• Landlord and Tenant work


• Acquisitions and Disposals


• Development work


• Particular focus on offices and retail spaces, leisure and agricultural land, and industrial plots

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their qualified legal career to join a team that prioritises culture and training.



Salary: £40000-£46000 depending on experience
