Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £26,000 DOE

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our clients busy and varied team. This role is perfect for someone with solid previous office-based customer service experience who thrives in an ever-changing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
• Providing detailed product information and guidance
• Processing orders and managing customer accounts
• Coordinating with suppliers and participating in production meetings
• Performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Proven office-based customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
