We want our Front of House Team Members to be great team players at Bowers Tap! You don’t need any experience to join as a Front of House Team Member as we will teach you the rest. We want you to be able to connect with the team and deliver a great experience to the guests at Bowers Tap.

As a Front of House Team Member your primary role is to welcome and engage every guest, ensure the highest quality of service!

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. The Bower's Tap is situated conveniently located by Leeds Central Station. The Bowers Tap is a fantastic traditional pub with something for everyone. It is a perfect venue for our guests to enjoy a spot of lunch in the daytime, after-work drinks, or a perfect place to start their weekend, offering a lively atmosphere on Friday and Saturday nights. We've got great sports viewing facilities with our 2 big screens and 11 other screens around the pub.
