Operating at our state-of-the-art facility, we focus on the manufacturing within the aerospace industry. With year-on-year growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Fairs Quality Engineer who can continue to support our business.

About you:

Are you an experienced FAIRsQuality Engineer with experience of developing and implementing quality and business improvements to maximise production, profitability and customer service within an Aerospace manufacturing environment?

Do you have good commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop business relationships to promote growth within the company whilst maintaining quality standards?

Are you able to make effective decisions to minimise quality-related problems?

Working for the Quality Manager you will be required to:

• Compile FAIR documentation AS9102
• Compile concessions
• Action Customer Returns
• NCR & MRB control
• Perform internal audits ISO9001/AS9100
• 8D, PFMEA, PSCA/Continuous Improvement
• Ensure close out of relevant RCCA
• Calibration system monitor/control
• Review Specifications
• Setup/Control Quality Report databases
• To support the Quality Manager in various tasks

Qualifications & Experience:

• Working knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems
• Experience with continuous improvement techniques
• Ability to audit to ISO AS9100/ISO9001
• Implement Quality Systems and databases - process flow charts and SPC
