Shift pattern for 1st vacancy
- Wk1: Sunday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:00
- Wk2: Monday to Friday 14:00-22:00
- Wk3: Tuesday to Saturday 06:00-14:00
- Wk4: Monday-Friday 14:00-22:00
Shift pattern for 2nd vacancy
Friday to Tuesday rotating one week of earlies one week of lates:
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- Managing Pick Face e.g. moving products in/out of pick face, discontinued stock/new products.
- Monitoring Inventory Mail email box.
- Blocking/Unblocking of Nestle products, before adding to the Nestle block stock report.
- Daily liaison with customer and hauliers regarding stock issues both verbal and written communications
- Manual stock checking and PI counting
- Report writing and relevant analysis with suggestions for corrective actions / improvements.
- Stock reconciliation between EWM, SAP and Manhattan 2020 systems.
- Automated and manual site pallet control
- Investigation of all stock related issues and analysing root cause before providing feedback to Stock & Systems Manager and Customer as appropriate.
- Secondary stock recovery
- Sample processing
- Suggesting ideas for improvement to existing processes to improve efficiency and output
- Advocate excellent quality standards at the site by coaching and mentoring best proactive approaches to all colleagues and continually encourage improvement.
- Maintain own and others Health and Safety in the Workplace at all times, ensuring reasonable care and attention is taken so as not to jeopardise own and others welfare
- Develop 5S principles in working area and ensure these are maintained.
- Review working processes to reduce waste, increase productivity and standardisation.
- Execute a positive customer experience at all times.
- Maintain site hygiene and housekeeping to a high standard.
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of working to standardised processes using bespoke software and systems.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Able to interpret and deliver customer expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
