Stock Administrator - CPT

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 Year stock controlling experience Must be Computer Literate Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills. Must be analytical, a quicker thinker and have attention to detail. Must have the ability to work under pressure. Must have the ability to forward plan, organize and prioritize. Must have strong problem-solving skills and deliver meticulous work. Must be confident, hardworking, a team player and self-motivated. Must have Fastener knowledge. MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE Update stock buffer via Tempo. Run back-order reports for the warehouse at regular intervals. Process SCT (supply chain transfers) for items on back order from various warehouses. Receipting of all goods received by the receiving department. Follows up on SCT (supply chain transfers) invoices that has not been received and/or receipted yet. Release all customer back orders once goods have been receipted. Responsible for all picking slips that are problematic. Physical checking of stock on all items in problem and/or request Completing of stock discrepancy sheets. Complete inter-branch complaint forms Always ensure that stock on the shelves corresponds with the system. Ensure that SCT (supply chain transfers) is processed for all goods to be returned to another branch e.g. oversupply of stock.
