Job Description

Minimum requirements: Matric Certificate 3 years experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role in the restaurant or hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid drivers licence and own vehicle Key Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience Supervise, train, and support restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service Help manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and efficient manner Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and cost control efforts Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation compliance Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
