Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership & Direction : Assist in leading creative teams to develop innovative concepts and campaigns that deliver on client objectives, while mentoring and inspiring junior team members. Campaign Development : Work with the Creative Head and other team leads to develop concepts and creative strategies for retail clients across various media, including digital, social media, print, OOH, and in-store experiences. Client Collaboration : Engage with clients directly to understand their needs, brand vision, and objectives. Present and articulate creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance ideas. Brand Consistency : Ensure all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Creative Conceptualising & Brainstorming : Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate original ideas that will drive engagement, improve customer experience, and help clients achieve business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to bring ideas to life, ensuring quality and consistency in execution across all deliverables. Campaign Execution : Oversee the development and production of creative assets, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and stays within budget. Mentorship : Provide guidance and feedback to junior creatives, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the creative process. Creative Presentation : Assist in preparing presentations for client meetings, clearly articulating creative ideas and concepts, and explaining how they will meet the clients objectives. Trend Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends, retail innovations, and emerging creative technologies to ensure the agencys work remains cutting-edge and relevant to retail audiences. Required Skills & Experience: Creative Experience : 5 years of experience in a creative role, with a proven track record in retail advertising, branding, or consumer-facing campaigns. Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential is a plus. Creative Concepting : Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions that align with brand objectives. Leadership Potential : Demonstrated experience leading small teams or mentoring junior creatives, with the ability to inspire and nurture talent. Collaboration Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of creatives, strategists, and account managers. Strong Portfolio : A diverse portfolio that showcases your creative thinking, conceptual ability, and ability to execute high-quality work for retail or consumer brands. Client-Facing Experience : Experience working directly with clients, presenting ideas, and incorporating feedback into creative work. Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and quality control throughout the creative process, ensuring work is polished and meets client expectations. Time Management : The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and defend creative ideas to clients and internal teams. Advantageous - Retail Knowledge : Understanding of retail brands and how to create engaging, on-brand experiences across multiple channels.
