Job Description

Minimum Requirements : Strong administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset. Online systems: Training of the new HOLOs system and maintaining existing online systems like below Spilpak online orders Takealot Makro Sorbet Betasan F61 Events, promotions and conferences: Researching events, promotions, and conference centres. Assisting with quotations and budgets. Customer Database Research : Researching targeted sectors for Sales and Marketing Creating spreadsheet of these Databases. Updating existing Databases Updating and maintaining customer contact database. Attributes: Reporting Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professionalism Problem-Solving Verbal Communication Attention to Detail Telephone Skills Teamwork Flexibility Editing and Proof reading Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to onboard existing customers onto the online ordering platform. Train customers on how to use the system effectively, ensuring a smooth transition. Provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer queries related to the platform. Create and manage targeted customer databases for the sales team to drive new business opportunities. Assist the marketing team with events and product launches as needed.
