Position: Debtors / Collelctions Agent Purpose of the job: To offer continual member support, by building rapport and obtaining set targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Key Results Areas include: To ensure that the daily call target is obtained Administrative requirements are updated daily Offer member client service Ability to multi-task Work on designated campaigns Handle CRM queries Ensure all communication is handled telephonically, email etc. Experience & Competencies: Matric Ability to work alternative weekends Computer literate Minimum of one (1) year debt collections experience Customer Service Experience on Excalibur preferred If you are an employee of Planet Fitness, please ensure that you follow the internal application process.
