Employer Description Our client is in the Industrial Automation & Instrumentation Industry Job Description We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Clients Team. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient service and support for all sales and product-related queries. Communicate effectively by providing accurate product and client support information, documentation, and collaborating with other departments when necessary. Prepare and manage administrative tasks, including generating sales reports, quotations, and invoices. Support the sales departments operations, ensuring seamless processes, and providing assistance to external sales representatives as needed. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, consistently striving to grow sales and deliver exceptional customer service experiences. Stay up to date with product information, conduct research, and meet product testing and training requirements. Follow up daily on client queries, and provide updates on quotes and sales progress. Research and identify new customers, industries, and innovative ways to serve both existing and new clients. Qualifications Diploma or N Course in Computer / IT / Networking Marketing or IT Engineering and Communications, Information Management, or similar. Skills Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in Industrial Automation or a related industry. Experience with industrial solutions and applications such as Industrial Computing, Smart Grids, and Remote Automation. Proficiency in selling and implementing technical solutions.
