Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. At least 3 Years. Strong understanding of F&B management and operations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial performance. High level of organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. DUTIES: Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets. Develop and implement effective F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. Manage and mentor F&B staff, ensuring consistent performance and professional development. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and promotions. Conduct regular inspections of F&B areas to ensure quality and service standards are met. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Salary R15 000.00 p/m
