Job Title: Credit Controller Location: Cape Town, In Office Salary: R30k Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client, a prominent company in the Staffing and Key Growth sector, is looking for a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. This role involves managing credit control processes, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong client relationships to support the organizations financial stability. Key Responsibilities: Manage the credit control process, including monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely payments. Perform credit checks on new and existing clients. Negotiate payment terms and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and prepare regular reports. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and invoicing issues. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries regarding payments. Ensure compliance with UK credit control regulations and standards. Requirements: At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Credit Controller, with a strong understanding of credit control processes. Familiarity with UK financial regulations and practices. Proficiency in financial software and systems. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
