We are looking for a person for this position who enjoys actively contributing their strong SPS programming skills and is interested in intralogistics conveyor systems. You enjoy working in an international team and are interested in occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Optimisation and further development of our SPS Software (standard and customer-specific) on our TeleControl system (vehicles and systems)
• Independent implementation and documentation of test and trial series, especially in our in-house academy facility
• Coordination and responsibility for part development projects and participation in the creation of product documentation
• Support and product training for our system service during commissioning for the realization of customer projects and customer service

Requirements:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, control engineering or automation technology or similar comparable skills
• In-depth knowledge: SPS programming (IEC 61131-3) and visualization in the CoDeSys / TwinCAT programming environment
• Basic knowledge: industrial bus systems (e.g. CAN, CANOpen, Ethernet, TCP/IP, RS232, OPC)
• Basic knowledge: control technology components (e.g. BLDC drives, sensors)
• Basic knowledge of database systems (MS-SQL) is desirable
• Willingness to provide remote support and occasional domestic and international travel
• Ability to work independently as well as team and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
