Rate of Pay: Minimum GBP95+ per day
Hours: 8:30 am 4:00 pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join a vibrant early years setting in Cheadle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed childcare professional with experience in delivering high-quality early education. You will work with children aged 0-5, supporting their early learning and development, with a focus on phonics, language skills, and fostering independence.
The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities, incorporating the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Support childrens language and literacy development through structured phonics activities.
Promote social, emotional, and physical development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Monitor and record childrens progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in your care.
What Were Looking For:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Nursery Nurse who possesses:
Qualifications: A Level 3 Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in an early years setting, particularly with phonics and literacy development.
Skills: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for fostering early learning through play and exploration.
Attributes: A positive, patient, and creative approach to working with young children.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Have an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Provide two professional childcare-related references.
