Location:Tibshelf, Derbyshire
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and solving problems? We are excited to announce the opening of a new team for a global brand servicing UK business clients.

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor and natural Problem Solver, you will be the first point of contact for clients calling about issues with fixtures. Your role will be to assist and resolve their problems efficiently, with the support of provided scripts and thorough training.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service Advisor :

  • Handle customer service calls from business units.
  • Assist in resolving fixture-related problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
