Job Description

The school is looking for a Maths Teacher who:

Maths Specialist
QTS (with PGCE in Secondary Mathematics) required - Applications from ECT's welcome
Experience working in KS3-KS5The position is open to both ECT's and experienced teachers. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

Location - Croxteth, Liverpool
Position - Maths Teacher
Type of work - KS3/KS4/KS5 Maths Class Teacher
Contract or position start date - ASAP
Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Long term with a potential to go permanent
Full time/part time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £140 per day
Hours - 8:30 am - 15:30EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

QTS or equivalent
Minimum 1 year Maths teaching experience in the UK
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last yearTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
