The Role
As Project Manager (HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final delivery. You will lead the scheduling, ensure quality service delivery, and maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and subcontractors. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain QHSE policies and procedures on all projects.
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, completing and submitting Health & Safety plans.
Manage installation schedules, ensuring high-quality service and clear client communication.
Report to senior management on project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal systems.
Brief installation engineers and subcontractors on tasks and project processes.
Coordinate with other contractors and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
Complete all necessary project documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications and Experience:
Project management: 2 years (required)
Proven experience in project management within the HVAC, Mechanical, or Plumbing sectors.
In-depth knowledge of H&S regulations, CDM, and other industry compliance requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Experience working with external consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal management systems.
Full UK Driving License (No DR codes).
Basic DBS check.
