Maintenance Co-Ordinator (Initial 12 Month Contract)£28,000 - £31,000 + Training + Progression + BenefitsWiganAre you a Maintenance Co-Ordinator or similar, with a background in property development, looking for a senior position within a rapidly growing business with a fantastic industry reputation in the North-West?On offer is the opportunity to join a family-run company with over 50 years in the property development industry, who have recently gained large budget contracts with high-end clients including luxury homes, high-spec apartments and premium commercial spaces.In this role, you will be coordinating the maintenance of 600 properties as part of a team and lead the delivery of repairs, voids, and cleaning services, ensuring high quality and budget compliance. This includes producing reports, updating systems, and maintaining clear communication with customers. You'll support performance reviews, resource allocation, and manage complaints to improve service delivery.THE ROLE
