Job Purpose
  • Support a significant tax portfolio, primarily personal taxation compliance work.
  • Review financial documents to ensure accuracy for self-assessment returns.
  • Provide tax planning advice to minimise tax liabilities.
  • Research and interpret changes to tax laws and regulations, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Build strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Support junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing.
  • Champion professional development, undertaking regular training opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • CTA or ATT qualified with a minimum of five years' tax experience within UK practice.
  • Qualified by impressive experience would also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organised and able to manage own workload.
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
  • An eagerness to progress with the firm, undertaking continuous professional development.
