DOMICILIARY CARE MANAGER - 39K TO 40K BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION + PERFORMANCE BONUS – RINGWOOD AND SURROUNDING AREAS – AWARD WINNING FAMILY RUN BUSINESS – CQC GOOD
My client is a fast growing domiciliary and live-in care company, privately owned in Ringwood. They specialise in elderly care and some dementia in the community around Ringwood and surrounding areas. They have won many awards over the years and have built a fantastic team (where you feel valued and appreciated), they have a great ethos and now looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager to carry on that journey. They are also looking at expanding in the future and maybe opening another branch.

The Ideal Domiciliary Care Manager Applicant:
Must have extensive care management experience with excellent customer service and people management skills. Ideally will have worked in Domiciliary Care or Supported Living settings.
Be commercially aware.
Be able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets.
Have the ability to build good working relationships.
Have strong organisation and planning skills.
Have the drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop our care services.
Be able to work well and accurately under pressure whilst working independently with minimal supervision.
Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota.
Ideally will have NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or have an existing Management qualification.
