Job Description
Are you passionate about driving Human Capital excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for an experienced Human Capital Manager to deliver and drive our operational HC activities and deliver customer-centric HC solutions To ensure efficient and compliant HC operations within the manufacturing facility, with a focus on recruiting scarce and critical skills, maintaining accurate employee records, driving compliance with company policies, and implementing corrective actions identified through audits Qualifications and Experience Relevant HR qualification (Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field) Minimum of 3 experience in HR Management, preferably within a manufacturing environment Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and policy compliance Strong knowledge of labour laws and audit processes Proficiency in HR systems and data management, experience with SAGE 300 would be advantageous Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain scarce and critical skills essential for the pharmaceutical industry Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hires Compliance and Corrective Action Drive adherence to company policies and labour legislation across the facility Implement corrective measures identified through internal and external audits, ensuring continuous improvement Operational HR Management Oversee day-to-day HC activities, ensuring seamless HC service delivery Maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee masterdata, supporting business decisions with reliable data Prepare and submit accurate HC reports in a timely manner to support management insights and compliance requirements Customer-Centric HC Delivery Foster a service-oriented culture, ensuring HC solutions meet the needs of employees and managers effectively Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HC related matters Core Competencies Strong organizing and planning skill Experience in a highly unionized environment A thorough understanding of the Pharmaceutical environment Facilitation and conflict management skills Problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent listening skills Able to represent at the Bargaining Council Customer service orientated Ability to work independently Integrity
