Sales Administrator - Permanent - Swansea

Your new company
Your new company is a well-known organisation located in the heart of Swansea. The organisation is built up of a fantastic and committed team who are looking for a new addition.


Your new role
Your new role is Sales Administrator. Your new role will require you to be a point of contact for customers and clients via telephone and email. You will be responsible for answering queries, processing orders, producing and checking the accuracy of invoices, updating the system with data and providing general administrative support to the sales team.


What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who is driven to provide customer service at the highest level. The client is looking for somebody who has experience within the realm of sales administration and is eager to step up to a new challenge. Somebody who has experience working with invoices, is capable of retaining a lot of product information and has a keen eye for attention to detail will be successful.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000. You will be working in a permanent position with a Monday-Friday 9-5 working week. The organisation offers a pension scheme and has a very friendly and settled workforce, creating a nice work environment.
