Job Description

Candidate Requirements: Travel and Tourism related qualification Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the travel industry Previous TourPlan NX experience is highly advantageous Should have excellent understanding of rates, mark up and commission structures Good knowledge of Southern and East African regions Must be computer literate (MS Office Applications) Should be accurate, detail orientated, creative and pro-active Must have the ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills and should be able to work well under pressure Must have effective communication skills (written and verbal) Key Outputs: Ensuring that Tourplan content is up to date and accurate at all times Accurate interpretation of contracts which includes rates, offers, supplier details, commissions, trading terms and conditions into the system Quality control of all content loaded in the system by checking the data before consultants use the product loaded in the system In-house customer service and support Efficiently assisting sales and reservations teams with rates and any Tourplan related queries
