Workshop Foreman

Exciting opportunity available in Pretoria for an experienced Workshop Foreman at a well-established automotive dealership. Responsibilities: Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow. Allocate work to technicians, monitoring performance and ensuring high-quality service. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues, providing guidance to team members. Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and safety standards. Ensure timely completion of repairs and services to meet customer expectations. Manage workshop inventory, ordering necessary parts and supplies. Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a technician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of various vehicle brands. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
