Job Description
SEN/ASC Teaching Assistant
Do you have experience supporting Primary age pupils with Autism?
Are you looking for a new, full-time and highly engaging role?
We Require Teaching Assistants with experience in supporting children with Autism / ADHD / Behavioural Issues to work in classroom settings to offer support to children in order to manage their behaviour and aid their chances of learning and development. This could be a 1-1 or group support within a mainstream primary setting in Wisbech.
The ideal candidate must have experience, or a strong understanding of complex needs around Autism. This can be from any of the following backgrounds: - Support work in Schools - Support work in Care - Supporting adults with Special Needs - Youth Work - Psychologist - Sports Coaching - Nursing / Medical background.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. If you haven't worked in any of these areas, but still feel you have relevant experience, please do still apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
