Your Role As a Junior IT Support Analyst, you’ll provide first-line technical support to our staff, ensuring our IT systems and hardware function smoothly. This is an in-office role where your problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for learning will shine.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets (hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues).
Set up and configure user workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Assist with user account management (password resets, new user setups).
Troubleshoot and escalate more complex technical issues to senior team members.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Provide excellent customer service to all internal stakeholders.
Document solutions and maintain the knowledge base for future reference. What We’re Looking For
A keen interest in IT and technology.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
