Job Description

Great opportunity to work as a Bid Co-ordinator for our client who provides sustainable and compliant solutions that improve the wellbeing and safety of their customers.

Staffline is recruiting a Bid Co-ordinator in Isleworth.

The rate of pay is £30000-£35000 per annum plus a fantastic performance bonus!

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 8.30am to 5pm (On site role)

Your Time at Work

The Bid Co-ordinator role will manage the Bid Process for all aspects of the tender process.
This role will require organising teams, agreeing on timeframes and actions, and effectively communicate both in a verbal and written manner.

To be proactive and effectively utilise time management to refine processes and challenge the norm to make improvements in all areas.

The Bid Co-ordinator will develop their knowledge of the bid process and embrace learning opportunities in a number of technical and commercial areas of the business.

- Ensures costs associated with bid process are accounted for
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports as requested.

- Plan day activity to maximise pro-active activity
- Ability to analyse feedback and provide recommendations of areas of focus
- Managing opportunity pipeline
- Maintaining Bid Library and communicating useful information to key internal stakeholders

Qualifications, experience & skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- An effective planner with the ability to manage tight deadlines
- Diligent and adaptable
- Desire to progress into a career in Bid Writing/Bid Management
- Familiar with value-led sales techniques
- B2B sales process experience, at least 2 years
- Enhanced competency in MS Office applications
- Experience in tendering is beneficial
