Hays Business Support is currently working with a friendly business based in York. This organisation is currently recruiting multiple people to join their growing claims department. Full-time and part-time vacancies are available. Part-time is a minimum of 22.5 hours or 3 full days.
The full-time salary is £23,400
You will be working for a not-for-profit organisation with an excellent reputation within the market as being a great place to work.
Within your role, you will assist with customer queries relating to healthcare claims, payments and other services. You will take inbound calls and respond to emails and web chat, ensuring that customers have an excellent customer experience.
This role is due to start on 4th November 2024. You will be provided with 6 weeks of training which you must be available for with NO holiday booked during this time.

- Contact Centre experience/office based customer service experience desirable
