Location: Enfield, Greater London
Contract: Temporary to Permanent, Full-Time

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced SENCO to join A dedicated team. This school supports children aged 4-16 with a range of special educational needs, and we're committed to helping every student thrive.

Your Role
Oversee and manage the school's SEN provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
Create and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), working closely with staff, families, and external agencies.
Support and train staff to deliver high-quality SEN teaching and interventions.
Monitor the progress and wellbeing of students, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and outside organisations.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (or equivalent) or is willing to complete this qualification.
Has experience as a SENCO or in a similar leadership role, ideally across both primary and secondary settings.
Has a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and SEN best practices.
Is an excellent communicator who can inspire and guide staff and students.
Is committed to inclusive education and ensuring all children reach their potential.
