We are currently looking to recruit a high skilled and experienced Gelato Head Chef who has passion and flair for all things gelato. You will be heading up a small team of chefs in Soho's finest Gelateria who use premium ingredients to craft unforgettable flavours.

The Person
The successful Head Chef will have the following:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in gelato production!
- Solid P&L knowledge and proven track record of managing budgets, compliance and health and safety.
- Strong experience in gelato menu development creating new flavours and products
- Ability to lead, nurture and train a team
- Extremely high attention to detail and organisation
- Develop and refine gelato recipes, frozen dessert recipes and patisserie including seasonal and unexpected creations
- Work with the management team to strategise and help push the business forward
