* Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring seamless logistics and happy customers.
* Drive internal communication and contribute to sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer records, both digitally and physically.
About You:
* A proactive communicator with a knack for building rapport via phone and email.
* Attention to detail that ensures no order is left unchecked.
* Experience working in a buzzing team environment.
* Proficient with tech and quick to learn new systems.
* Qualifications in English and Math (or equivalent).
