Job Description

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Ollerton (NG22 9LD) ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

These are full-time, permanent positions and we have 2 shifts available:-

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 14:00 – 22:00.

Rotating 4 On 4 Off shift - working 12 hours per day between the hours of 0700 - 1900.

What you will do on a typical day:

Working within the warehouse supporting the operational teams with any administrative duties

  • Performing stock accuracy checks and proving detailed analysis of results
  • Providing solution and assistance in problem solving
  • Completion of daily reporting logs
  • Complete general administration tasks
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Experience of WMS along with good knowledge of spreadsheet and Word programs
  • The ability to bring attention to detail to the role that ensures that a high level of accuracy is achieved
  • Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
