We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Executive at our Head Office in Sevenoaks, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
The ideal candidate for this role will act as as a coordinator and administrator for the food and beverage programme across our 21 luxury properties in the UK and Channel Islands.
This position will be based at our Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent, but due to the nature of the role, travel to our hotels will be required as the business requires.
About the Role:

• Reporting into the Chief Guest Experience Officer, this role will entail Project coordination for Food and beverage projects throughout the Hand Picked Hotels portfolio.
• Ensuring Food & Beverage related systems are configured and operating correctly.
  
• An attention to detail and a high level of organization is essential for this role.
• A track record of effective people scheduling is necessary, as you will be responsible for the deployment of our team of Roaming Chefs to meet business needs.
  
• Maintaining a professional, polite and courteous manner when dealing with all internal and external customers.
• Working closely with our Suppliers & Head Chefs, you will ensure allergens, costings and pricing are all up to date and correct

About You:

• Having an analytical mindset is essential , and will be able to extract data to pinpoint areas of opportunity.
• You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• As a seasoned industry professional, you will have a strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry, and be working in a similar function, ideally within a luxury Hotel setting.
• Due to the nature of the role travel to our properties in the UK and Channel Islands will be required.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with colleagues senor management and stakeholders within the business.
• Be able to demonstrate working with a pro-active, can-do attitude.
