- Sales of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs): Focus on promoting and selling the manufacturer's range of LCVs, including their market-leading electric vehicle (EV) range.
- Passion for Electric Vehicles (EVs): Act as an advocate for EV technology, educating clients on the benefits and value of switching to electric fleets.
- Negotiating & Agreeing Terms: Lead negotiations with corporate clients, agreeing on commercial terms and securing profitable, long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration with Dealer Network: Work closely with the manufacturer’s dealer network to support customer onboarding, ensure smooth account activation, and vehicle supply.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving sustainable growth in the corporate fleet sector.
- Customer Experience: Provide market-leading support and advice on vehicle specifications, including weight loads, payloads, towing capacities, and the benefits of EVs.

- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments, particularly around EV adoption and fleet electrification.
- Customer Retention: Conduct review meetings with key accounts to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaboration with Dealer Partners: Ensure seamless communication between the manufacturer, corporate clients, and the dealer network to guarantee exceptional customer service and support.

- Collaboration & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with the dealer network, corporate clients, and internal teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle specifications, including weight loads, payloads, and towing capacities, especially within LCVs.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to win new business opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
