Shift: Monday to Friday, Mornings (availability evenings, overnights, and weekends)

POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to ensure the safety and security of the company employees, guest, visitors, clients and property against any malicious to criminal acts and disastrous events
General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Site Security Management
* Implement the organizations and customer(s) security and safety policies and procedures among employees, contractors, clients and other third parties.
* Ensures operation of the Electronic Security system (CCTV, access control system, intrusion system, etc.) and Life Safety systems (fire detection system, firefighting system, fire extinguishers, emergency lightings, emergency doors, etc.) by:
* Conduct daily internal checks are conducted and downtimes are immediately reported. Collect the information from the other Site's security supervisors.
* Follow ups on downtime open items.
* Level 1 troubleshooting for malfunctions and coordinating with vendor partners on repairs.
* Coordinate the Preventive maintenance plan with Vendors.
* Conduct floor checks frequently during the shift and identify security violations.
* Assist the Site Security and Safety Lead with incident management at the sites.
* Collect the security and safety reports for the site assigned to him/her as well as for the other sites in the US/Canada, as assigned by the Site Security and Safety Lead.
* Conduct assessments of security staffing. Compliance documents to be maintained up to date.
* Assist the Site Security and Safety Lead with new projects / expansions and audit data compilation.
* Review the people and material management protocols and requirement implemented are met.
* Conduct NHO (new hire orientation) in the absence of the Site Security and Safety Lead and awareness training.
* Supervise the security guards for the different locations across the US: Check attendance, review the patrol reports.
* Work directly with the Site Security and Safety Lead in performing the following:
* Conduct site's safety inspection and resolve / follow up on unsafe and unhealthy conditions until closure
* Conduct safety incident investigations and implement the approved corrective and preventive actions
Your background:
* College Graduate Preferred
* At least 2-3 years' experience in the security and safety industry
* New York Security License
