Job Description
Would you enjoy interacting with people from all over the world, helping them with any and
everything multimedia? Joining our team means you work with the top names in video
production, like NBC, Netflix, and the NFL - and so many more! We offer full training to set you
up for a successful career in the broadcast video industry where you'll grow and manage
customer relationships, sales, and provide world class customer service.
Previous sales experience in a call center is preferred, but not required. A strong work ethic,
attention to detail, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and promptness, are
required. Given the broad-based nature of our business and the position, multimedia industry
(Broadcast, AV, Pro-Audio, etc.) sales experience, and an interest in and desire to learn AV
Technology are both a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answering questions
-Following up with product recommendations and price quotes
-Professionally and respectfully communicate with other departments, customers, and
vendors
-Order entry and sales support
-Ensuring customer is well informed and update-to-date on their order status
-Helping customers find AV solutions to suit their needs, including referral to other team
members with specific expertise, as needed
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
-Microsoft Office experience preferred
-Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills
-Solid organizational skills
-Ability to multitask
-Attention to detail
-Critical thinking
-Comfortable with team collaboration
-Previous multimedia experience a plus, but not required (broadcast, pro-audio, video, etc.)

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm
Annual Salary Range: $41,600 - $54,100
