This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within my clients retail & Ireland business units, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive strategic insights and deliver meaningful change.
What You'll Do:
Be at the heart of financial transformation, aligning the Retail and Ireland operations with key business objectives.
Provide cutting-edge decision support, create innovative forecasts, and enhance reporting processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts while collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational and financial success.
Play a pivotal role in projects and process improvements, ensuring the team evolves with the business's ambitious growth trajectory.
What We're Looking For:
A commercial finance professional with a proven track record in Retail or FMCG.
Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with systems like SAP, Cognos, and Excel, and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
