A globally recognised real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to join their team of 22 in central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project-focused Associate Building Surveyor to progress within a successful and dynamic team while working on high-profile commercial projects across London.
The Associate Building Surveyor's Role
As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role within the building consultancy team, delivering a mix of professional and project service lines. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing commercial instructions across a diverse London portfolio.
Delivering projects, mentoring APC candidates, and driving business development.
Supporting a range of clients, including developers, owners, and occupiers.
The Ideal Associate Building Surveyor Will Have
MRICS qualification.
RICS-accredited degree.
3+ years' experience in a consultancy environment.
Strong technical expertise across both professional and project services.
Line management experience or skills.
A commercially minded approach with a focus on business development.
