Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Provide accurate information about our services and policies.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.A high school diploma or equivalent, additional qualifications will be a plus.
