Join a highly respected and long-established legal practice with a strong reputation in the region for providing exceptional client service. This is a busy and varied role within their thriving Private Client department, where you will handle a broad range of matters, including:
Estate and Care Fees Planning
Wills and Will Writing
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection
Trusts and Trust Administration
Probate and Administration of Estates
Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments
DeputyshipCandidates undertaking STEP qualifications will be supported and encouraged, with career development at the heart of the firm's ethos.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
A solid track record in private client work, particularly in wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues.
The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
A professional demeanour and technical competence.
