THE ROLE
The Duty Manager is responsible for the overall success of the daily operations of the Front Office.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Lead from the front, providing the perfect example to Front of House team members.
- Warmly greet & anticipate needs of all Hotel & restaurant guests.
- Establish rapport and act as the main a point of contact for guests, assisting with requests and following up on queries.
- Develop and support the Front of House team to be the best they can be!
ABOUT YOU
- Confident and empathetic approach to solve any problems that may arise on a day-to-day basis
- Adopt a guest-centric approach and ensure that service standards are followed and respected.
- Inspire and lead the team to meet departmental KPIs as well as manage individual development plans.
- Train the team on standards, policies, procedures, product and local area knowledge.
- Lead from the front and display the Nobu values at all times. We are looking for genuine and authentic team players
- Working knowledge of Opera, KnowCross, Fourth, and Microsoft Office is beneficial, but excellent training will be provided!
