Basic Salary £28,000 per annum with OTE £33 - £35K (Salary to be reviewed in 6 months)

Job Description:
As Trade Sales Advisor you will play a key role in our local team.
Your main responsibility as Trade Sales Advisor will be proactive outreach to existing and potential customers, including contractors, builders, and industry professionals, to promote our top-quality civils and drainage products. Your aim is to drive sales, establish lasting relationships, and contribute to our ongoing success.
What You’ll Do as a Trade Sales Advisor:
Proactively Reach Out: Make outbound calls to our customer base, introducing new products, discussing promotions, and identifying opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our range of civils and drainage products, understanding their features, benefits, and applications.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, listen to their needs, offer solutions, and deliver outstanding service.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs, with your success directly impacting our growth.

Sales Enthusiast: Passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communication: Top-notch phone skills, confident in engaging with diverse audiences.
