Responsibilities within your new role as the Deputy General Manager
In this role, you'll work closely with our General Manager to ensure the venue operates smoothly, remains profitable, and meets quality and compliance standards. Your coaching skills will be key to motivating and developing the team, inspiring them to deliver outstanding hospitality. As a representative of the company's values, you'll lead by example, handling pressure and guest complaints with a positive, people-focused attitude.
