Real Estate Solicitor (0-4+ years PQE)
Location: Reading (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Our client is a leading UK law firm with one of the largest Real Estate teams in the South East, outside of London. Our team is renowned for providing City-quality legal services, advising on a wide range of high-profile real estate transactions. We are currently looking for a Real Estate Solicitor (0-4+ years PQE) to join our growing team.

Their team handles complex and varied property matters for a diverse client base, including commercial and residential property investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions.
The Role
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will join a dynamic team handling a broad spectrum of property-related matters. This will include, but is not limited to:
* Acquisition & Disposal: Acting on the acquisition and disposal of real estate interests on individual sites and property portfolios.
* Leasing & Lettings: Advising on office, industrial, retail lettings, and residential developments.
* Development Projects: Assisting with large residential developments, including planning, environmental, and construction-related matters.
* Investment Property: Handling investment property transactions, including secured lending and property financing.
* Landlord & Tenant Matters: Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, lease negotiations, and portfolio management.
* Agricultural & Rural Estates: Providing advice on agricultural property and rural estate matters, including land sales, tenancies, and estate management.
The role offers great variety, and they do not expect you to have experience across all of the abive areas – they are keen to hear about your skills, interests, and career aspirations.
About You
They are looking for a solicitor with 0-4+ years PQE, though candidates outside this range are also welcome to apply. We are particularly interested in candidates who:
* Have a strong academic background and a passion for real estate law.
