Job Description

Duties include Sell the maximum number of pre-owned cars as targeted Achieve maximum first and second gross profits Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing detailed information about available pre-owned vehicles, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales. Follow up on leads generated Initiate, negotiate and close deals Assist with reconditioning process of used vehicles for retail purposes Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed (Quotes, Invoices, Lic/Reg etc) Network, promote and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail pre-owned cars Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the automotive industry to provide informed recommendations to customers and stay competitive. Communicate with Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care Requirements: Must have min 2-3 years Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership Matric (Grade 12) 3 Months Commission sheets/Payslips Self and Target Driven Leads Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong Deal building skills Strong negotiation skills Self-motivated and goal orientated Must have MS Office, CRM, Autobid experience Social media/Digital marketing knowledge Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
