Job Description

Experience / Qualifications / Knowledge: The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years experience, track record, and be able to demonstrate Project Management capabilities, knowledge and know-how in Financial Services, this requirement must be considered part of the submission for this role. Change Management Experience. Experience in managing full-cycle projects. Matric plus degree in Computer Science or related field PMP® Certified (PMP in good standing) Required computer literacy levels in the MS Office suite and applicable Project Management Applications. Key Responsibilities: Review, analyze and document the current project plan and requirements. Technical understanding of databases, data warehouses, data lakes, cloud platforms and data pipelines. Familiarity with data analytics techniques, data visualization tools (like Power BI, Tableau), and business intelligence. Basic understanding of how data is collected, processed, and transformed (ETL processes) is essential for understanding project requirements and dependencies. Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how to ensure data security. Ensuring proper data management, stewardship, and accountability practices across the project lifecycle. Keeping the project aligned with any regulatory requirements or internal company policies related to data Review, analyze and document the current project plan and requirements. Define the needs and requirements of specific and identified project deliverables. Manage the various subprojects and the deliverables to ensure overall project success, conduct project meetings and reporting/review sessions. Document and manage the decision, risk, and issue logs and requirements. Document and analyze project deliverables and timelines. Manage project deliverables against the required timelines and outcomes. Work with the company's PMO team and utilize the PMO process, templates, systems, and methodologies. Documenting and or updated the project artefacts. Ensure all artefacts adheres/aligns to the company's CI and the PMO templates Project reporting. Provide expert knowledge and framework for project and subproject management. Supporting the project team and management. Recommend project enhancements and reporting standards. Recommend performance and monitoring optimization as it relates to the project and deliverables. Updating the PPO system every week to ensure accurate reporting
