Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - East Yorkshire
Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: East Yorkshire
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, alternating between 6 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 10 PM shifts

Role and Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly and efficiently to maintain production flow.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a factory or a fast-paced production environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery.
Must have good Pneumatics and Hydraulics skills
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Salary and Benefits:
Hours: Monday to Friday, working a rotating morning and afternoon shifts
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE per annum
Contributory Pension
No weekends or night shifts
25 Days holidays plus stats
